At 1012 Expressions, we stand behind the quality of our empowering products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
โ Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

The item must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Refunds are not granted for buyerโs remorse or change of mind

๐ฉ How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. -
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions.

Write the RMA Number clearly on your shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.

๐ Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Support@1012expressions.com and return the item to our address above.
๐ Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once received and approved, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
