At 1012 Expressions, we stand behind the quality of our empowering products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.


โœ… Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • The item must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • Refunds are not granted for buyerโ€™s remorse or change of mind

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or digital nature:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or software

  • Books or printed items with signs of use

  • Items damaged or altered through misuse, not caused by 1012 Expressions

  • Returns initiated after 30 days


๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us first at: Support@1012expressions.com
    Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions.

  3. Write the RMA Number clearly on your shipping label.

  4. Send your return to:

โš ๏ธ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping fees.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

If your refund hasnโ€™t appeared:

  • Recheck your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)

  • Contact your bank for further processing delays

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Support@1012expressions.com and return the item to our address above.


๐ŸŽ Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once received and approved, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns
