Processing Times

Most orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

During holidays and sales, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

USA: USPS First Class/UPS Ground, typically 3–6 business days after processing.

Canada: 7–14 business days.
Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Wrong/Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once postage is repaid.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at 1012expressions@Gmail.com with your order number.

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Split Shipments

Items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers when applicable.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order items will include estimated ship windows on the product page. Orders containing pre-orders may ship together when the item is available unless otherwise noted.
